K-LITTER:

Moosegrove Escuro Elegante aka Tiuhti's (mother to the I-litter) kittens are due on the 16th of December 2007. Tiuhti is always up to something, she's full of energy and is never afraid of anything. She's always ready to make new friends. Just to give you an example, she was perfectly fine with Sisu (the father of the previous litter) to come and help her out with the kittens despite the fact they hadn't seen each other for more than two months. About her looks: Especially Tiuhti's type and muscular body are something to really appreciate.

The upcoming kittens will be the 4th generation of our original line. Tiuhti's grandmother Abigail is offspring from our very first A-litter (CH Ginie's Fiona x Ginie's Ariel), Tiuhti's mother Blu Eleganza aka Nelli is from the second B-litter (Moosegrove Abigail x my second ocicat GIC Martinic Runaway Boy) and Tiuhti herself is from the E-litter (IC Moosegrove Blu Eleganza x IP Topspot Magique du Noel). Tiuhti's first litter was born in 2007 to IC S*Vargagården's Sisu Maxwell JR  (whose grandfather is IC Moosegrove Adonis from our A-litter). Tiuhti has had her first litter previously this year. The I-litter has been very successful in shows (all the four of them being nominated, three of them already earning BIS), but most importantly they all have fantastic outgoing social personalities, quality in which we invest the most.

L-LITTER: 

IC Moosegrove Delicia de Canela's babies are due on the 26th of December 2007. Deli has a sweet loving character and is indeed a superb mother (mother to Moosegrove Jaguar de Jade). She's an outgoing cat, truly loves to be involved and be the first one on the scene wherever the "action" takes place. About her looks: She is a beautiful cinnamon spotted female with a nice warm colour, excellent contrast and an elegant body.

The upcoming litter will be the third generation of Moosegrove-cats. Delicia's mother CH N*Mendels Freya of Moosegrove (from Norway) is my first import and therefore my third ocicat. The D-litter was Freya's first one (with IC Moosegrove Adonis). Deli's full brother is the handsome well-known EC Moosegrove Dom Quixote and her sister beautiful chocolatespotted IC Moosegrove Donzela Adorável (queen in the Avallach's cattery). Delicia's firstborn Moosegrove Jaguar de Jade is still (30.10.2007) in the kitten class and was nominated in the World Winner show 2007 last weekend of which we are really proud of. Congratulations to Varkaus as well!

Exciting Moosegrove-kitten update!

Two of our queens are currently expecting kittens. Sire of the upcoming litters is super fabulous brownspotted stud AUS*Ocivalley Starfare Gem,  "Rygel" , an import from Australia. Rygel has a wonderful character. He has a curious yet relaxed way about him. For instance, travelling to Finland to meet our ladies and being in the new surroundings didn't bother him at all. In fact, right after getting out of his carrier box he started to purr and wasn't even a tiny little bit suspicious or surprised about the new smells and people around him. On top of everything his pedigree is worth a study as it does offer us a great deal and his genetical input to our breeding program is truly valuable.
